By tampaflygal from Tampa, Florida on 04/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Stylish, Versatile Best Uses: Night Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Career, Casual, Trendy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants instantly moved to the top of my "favorites" list! Very flattering style and fit, tailored but casual. The fabric is substantial and high-quality, not at all flimsy, extremely comfortable and cool enough to wear to work even in the summer. Very professional looking for office wear, but great for going out to dinner too. They do need ironing after washing for that creased, tailored look.
By Kaatskills Kate from New York City, town and country on 04/05/2009 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Pros: they are comfortable, David Brooks cuts for real women's bodies; good fit thru waist, hips and seat. Cons: too long, need hemming; cheap-grade fabric; strange colors, won't work as neutrals; odd-looking elastic inserts at side waist. Based on this model, I'd say David Brooks quality is slipping. Too bad, used to be a great buy!
I would buy this product again By Sophia from Roseville, CA on 03/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Stylish Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear this to afternoon functions and it always looks nice.
By Cheshire from Olympia, WA on 01/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Stylish, Versatile Best Uses: Going Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Career, Casual Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear this product to work, but it could be dressed up for going to a nice restaurant. I like the color and the pockets. These were too long, I had to hem them about 1 1/2 inches. I wear flats. If you were to wear boots, no hemming would be necessary.
By DB from New York on 01/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Pants fall at the ankle, true to size, looks nice with a sweater
Not at all what was expected By Designs by Dianne from Greenville, MS on 07/08/2008 Best Uses: Casual Work Days Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This product was a great fit, but I felt that the material was too "see-through". I really felt these pants should have been lined. I just was not comfortable wearing them in bright sunlight.
