Comments:
Took a chance on this skirt and very glad! It's really adorable in person, subtle plaid that is flattering and I love the wool crepe. Flattering cut for my curvy size 14! Very nicely made and will last for years, as the style is retro/classic, which fits me perfectly. It's a little longer (conservative length) than I like my skirts, but I will shorten it a couple of inches to the knee and it will be perfect for me. The colors will go well with black, chocolate brown, caramel, terracotta, very versatile!

This is a lovely lightweight skirt for work. It has a wide variety of colors in the fabric. I am big waisted, with small hips, and it fits me perfectly. If you are the opposite, you may not like it.

Quality material/odd fit--design
By Stimpy from Exeter, Ca. on 03/10/2009
Pros:
Comfortable, Must pull over headOK, Nice Color, Nice Fabric, Waist itself fine, Won't fit over hips, Zipper too short
Cons:
Poor Fit
Best Uses:
Wear To Work
Describe Yourself:
Casual Dresser
Fit:
Feels too small
Length:

Waist:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Haven't found suitable blouse for skirt yet. Fabric very nice, length is 'true' but seems a little long. My hips are not out of proportion to waist. I can NOT get the skirt ON unless I pull it over my head! The waist fits fine, but maybe it's that the zipper is TOO SHORT to allow room for hips.Never have had such strange fit. Will need altering, but worth it for the price of the skirt.

Comments:
It is a very well-made skirt. It is a very pretty color and it's A-line design is flattering. The picture online made it appear to be longer than it actually is, however it is still nice. I did feel a little like I was dressing for the 50's when I put it on (now I see the description is "retro"), but it's so pretty I had to keep it. It is high quality, doesn't wrinkle, and versatile.

Wanted this to be a fun Longer skirt. I would have kept it if it were around, or below shin length. I am 5.5 size 14. It was a nice length, but not what I was looking for

Comments:
Usually I do not wear plaid - I think it makes one look wider. However, the colors of this lovely skirt look so organic together and the squares are small and neatly matched at the seams. The fabric itself is a beautiful wool crepe, nicely lined with dark red acetate. The skirt doesn't have a set-in waistband, so it is very comfortable. I am very pleased with this skirt and highly recommend it.
