The laces come untied though unless you double knot them. They are really soft sheepskin leather and I'm hoping they'll will stretch a little because I have long fingers and they are just a little tight.

By Daisy May from St Paul MN on 01/28/2009 Pros: Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Snug Fit, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking/Running Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great gloves for MN below 0 weather. The only problem is that they look like boxing gloves. I am going to remove the label.
By adventurelover from San Diego, CA on 01/19/2009 Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I found the mittens to be too snug and would have needed a size large even though I always buy size medium in mittens. The black ones do not have the finger inserts as described which was the main feature that attracted me to them. My girlfriend returned a pair for the same reason. STP should change the product description for the black mittens as there appears to be a quality control defect for the black ones.
