I saw it here for a great price and had to have it. So far seems to be a good choice. Sharp, compact and opens in a flash!

It is an excellent size for pocket carrying and the quick assist opening is smooth and easy. However it is a little tricky to get it closed. It takes some getting used to how to pull the safety switch then move the locking mechanism to get it closed. Having said that it is very secure when locked open and I don't forsee any situation in which it would close accidentally.
Overall an very excellent knife for the price.

Nice look, but tricky to close! Release mechanism is located to closely to the blade seat and I am a small woman. Larger men have a more difficult time.
Plus side: blade is sharp, the Columbia River knife looks "manly" and I have no other complaints. But the one I have is MAJOR!
