By Little Edie from SoCal on 06/21/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Nice Fabric Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: With its inside-out seams, this fun skirt is a debutante's frothy dream, deconstructed. Become your inner ballerina, minus the saccharine. And machine wash, no ironing!
By GlessWench from Illinois on 06/02/2009 Cons: All the seams were frayed, Cheap Fabric, Low Quality, Thin Fabric Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Ugh, very disappointed with this cheaply made, frayed-seamed mess of a skirt. Looked like something the cat dragged in minus the mud.
By Erin from VA on 04/07/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering Best Uses: Night Out, Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This a very fun skirt. The stiff material on the outside is unusual. It turns a sort of "classic" style puffy 50's skirt into something much more modern and offbeat. I love it and will wear it to parties, probably not to church, and would not buy one for my 65 year old mother. Slim in the waist.
Not what I expected but ok By Miss S from Maine on 01/21/2009 Cons: Cheap Fabric, Wrinkles Easily Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This skirt has two layers. The under layer is very smooth but the top is quite stiff and almost paper like. I was expecting something "floaty" but this is more "poofy" - it reminds me of a 50's crinoline skirt, except the crinoline part is on the outside. Also, the seams are sewn raw edge out, so after washing I have to iron it and cut off lots of little strings. Kind of a lot of work for a casual skirt. However, it fits nicely and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it, so will continue to wear it.

By Gingerbread from Orlando, FL on 08/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Cocktail Party, To School, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Trendy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this skirt in red and love the amount of color it provides. When I first got it out of the bag I thought to myself that it looked more like a curtain than a skirt but once I put it on and pressed it I realized what a unique treasure it is.

The red color is fantastic and I don't mind the inside out seams - they camouflage the wrinkles - and give the skirt an updated look for a classic style.
By History Geek from Wisconsin on 07/22/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering Cons: Low Quality, Wrinkles Easily Best Uses: Cocktail Party, Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Classic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like this skirt but it is more of a novelty item than a wardrobe staple. It is great for summer dinners out with my husband. I am tall so it fits pretty well, I don't think it would look nice on a shorter lady. The edges are raw - not the sign of a quality garment.
