Perfect length for ski boots. By GearUp from Aspen, CO on 08/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The only thing that goes into a ski boot, besides the leg and foot, is the ski sock. I layer these little bun warmers ON. For that reason, the cropped length is OK, and I am 5'9".
By Kim from Baltimore, MD on 08/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As the other commenters have noted, the sizing is way off on these bottoms. I am 5'7", wear a size 2, and the medium pants fit. They are, of course, a bit short, but only by 2-3 inches. I knew this upon ordering and really don't mind since I'll be wearing high wool socks with them. The pants themselves are great quality and very comfortable. Plus, they are made of natural fibers, which is difficult to find these days. If you are on the petite side or don't mind long undies that are a few inches above the ankle, these are a great buy.
Feel Good, But They Are Thin By Gym Runner from Boston, MA on 05/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I returned these because they are thin, and I can wear other thin ones instead. Like all Merino Wool, they are very comfortable.
Perfect for adding warmth under clothing By joejack951 from Wilmington, DE on 02/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm writing this review for both my wife and my mother-in-law, both of whom can be very tough to please with clothing. They could not be happier with these bottoms. I originally bought them for my wife to wear to work under her normal pants on colder days. she loved them so much that we bought her a second pair and after hearing so much about them, her mother also wanted a pair. So far, they've held up well to repeated wearing and washing and the fabric only seems to get softer with use. One other thing they've both raved about is the thin, comfortable waist band which is not too tight but still keeps the bottoms in place all day long.
By melibee from Rochester, NY on 02/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear "warmies" under skirts and sometimes pants fall through spring. I look for products not made in China, and Medima is one of my favorite brands. These pink ones looked really cutein they photo, and they are! These are beautiful, cozy, high quality "warmies" -- but they are sized for Japanese women! A medium is too small, especially too short an inseam. They are like capris. For petite women as sized they may be fine, but for medium stature women they will be a disappointment because of the sizing.

By Herondoodle from Seacoast N.H. on 01/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Snug Fit, Warm Cons: Large feels like a medium, Poor Fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Tight fitting but very warm and cozy for snow shoeing and other active cold pursuits.
By letitbe from Missoula, MT on 01/12/2009 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are so soft I would love to wear them every day. However I had to return them - ordered a medium and they are very short & tight in the legs which makes the ankle hit at lower calf and the crotch never gets there! I'm 5'6". I think they must be made for the asian body type as opposed to the scottish/english who have larger thighs and hips.
By Bo Peep from Indianapolis, In on 01/06/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Snug Fit Cons: Legs felt cold, Not as warm as expected, Poor Fit, Too small for med, Too Thin Best Uses: In house relaxing Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was disappointed--thought they would be very warm. I am a senior and need warmth on my legs--these do mot make me feel warm. They are soft and light weight but ineffective for me.
Merino and Angora are about the warmest fibers--these are just too lightweight.
By Zooms from New England on 01/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Cons: Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Gym, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Slightly itchy and poor fit - the legs are too short (come halfway up my calf) even though I ordered two sizes up. If you are petite with short legs, they may fit better.
