By milwaukeehaze from Milwaukee, WI on 07/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Easy To Put On And Off Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased this as my first attempt at finding a reasonably-priced wetsuit for Sprint Triathlons. Although it was comfortable, fit well, and looked good, the neoprene was very thin and the seams weren't great. Unlike sewn & welded seams, these were strictly sewn and I saw some threads hanging out that made me doubt the durability of this suit. It might be decent for water skiing and general swimming in cool water. I ended up spending more and going with the Camaro Hyperglide Wetsuit and for the extra $50 it is well worth it.
By Rangeray from Binghamton, NY on 06/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Fits well although at 6'1" and long limbed maybe I could get the Large Long. The 2mm will catch on things and may create small tears in the outer coating. The outer coating is smooth and sheds water well to prevent evaporative cooling. The many seams do let water in but it is still warm.

Glad I bought the Speed Skin-2mm By Swimming Sam from Western PA on 06/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Flexible Best Uses: Colder Water, Swimming in open water Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought to swim in open water to train for an adventure race. Swam for over an hour in 60 degree water. Kept me warm and didn't restrict my stroke. Some water seaped in at wrists and neck, but not much. Great suit at a great price.
good fit, poor seam quality By Burgbilly from Southern Minnesota on 05/29/2008 Cons: Hard To Put On Or Off Best Uses: Colder Water, Swimming in open water Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When you consider the typical triathalon oriented wetsuit usually fetch 250 dollars at a miniumum this isn't a bad deal. The fit is true to sizing chart and compared to other swim oriented suits is fairly easy to put on. That said while trying it on out of the box I managed to put a small 1/2" tear along one of the chest seams. I fixed it myself and will use more caution when putting it on or taking it off. It's not built 4 quick transitions, it's more of a training suit.
