By BjC from MN just south of Canada on 11/29/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live far Northern MN and the winters are cold and snowy. I needed a weather tuff boot with solid traction and after MANY tries finally found the answer. Traction and waterproof are vital and hard to find all in the same boot - and style in this boot is an added bonus! My only minor con is my lightweight socks tend to slip a bit - but something I will gladly live with given the great overall quality of the boot. I ordered a 1/2 larger than I normally wear and glad I did. I great boot I recommend for all!
By Mom from Rock Valley, Iowa on 11/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My daughter wears the boots outside to play at recess and also to scoop the snow on the sidewalks. The first week she wore them all day for two days at school--she loves them.

By Great Aussie Road Trip from Canberra, Australia on 05/19/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: They carry the mud inside Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Outdoor slippers Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were bought as a pair of outdoor slippers - we are travelling around Australia for 4 months with 2 young children. I wanted slippers that were easy to get on and off, warm and with good soles for those chilly midnight trips to the toilet with littlies. I can not tell you how fantastic these shoes are, I love mine so much I wear them everytime I go out of the house. The only down side is that they pick up the mud and rocks so they are unsiutable to wear inside the house or tent however taking them off is a small price to pay for such incredible boots.

If you're not wearing heavy socks they feel a little big and clunky, but they're easy to put on and take off. They don't look waterproof but they are -- after walking through slush and puddles they still look new!
