By Gussie from Albany, NY on 03/16/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shoes because I loved the look. However, the left shoe fit and I couldn't even get the right shoe on my foot! So I sent them back. [...]
By KS from Wisconsin on 02/24/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a half size bigger - which may be because of my prego feet ;) Lots and lots of complements. Fairly comfortable. The elastic at the heel is taking a little bit to break in and they are a bit stiff sole. But overall, I like these shoes.
By indogirl from colorado springs, co on 02/05/2009 Cons: Too Stiff, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe was very stiff and felt a half-size too small. It was so stiff I didn't try to get it in a different size, convinced it would not be comfortable.
By Casual, comfortable but CUTE! from Richmond, VA on 01/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Perfect for the slightly dressed up but totally comfort demanding occasion I purchased them for.
By Katie from Providence on 01/01/2009 Describe Yourself: Style Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great shoe for the price. As is pretty common with J41 shoes, they are a little bulky, but overall, a great, comfortable, easy slip on shoe. Probably would order a 1/2 size up since I was planning on them being my after skiing shoe, so usually have thick socks on.
By Bargainista from Michigan on 12/06/2008 Pros: Adorable, Breathes Well, Comfortable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Style Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are such cute shoes! I got the ones in pink, and they're just adorable. They're comfortable, but don't expect the support you'd get from tennis shoes. The arch is not really high. But all in all, they are a pair of shoes I will wear a lot.
By Mountain/City Girl from Salida, CO on 11/13/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Work Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like J-41 shoes. I live in an active mountain town, but I like the look of "city" clothes. These are a perfect compromise. They are sporty yet hip and not to burly. I definitely recommend ordering a half size up. I ordered an 8 and the shoes were torture chambers by the end of the day. However, I returned the Soys for an 8 1/2 and they feel great.

I get compliments on them everywhere I go.
By Ginny from Juneau, AK on 07/13/2008 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters Describe Yourself: Casual, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The criss-cross straps are a bit tight; I'm hoping they loosen up. Would probably be fine with socks so they don't cut in so much. They are really cute and comfortable other than the straps.
