I think if I had bought my natural size, they would have been too tight in width, the width is only slightly larger.
The shoe around the heel is stiff and tends to cut into the heel a bit. I was disappointed as my daughter has these shoes and loves them. But her foot is normally a AA in width.

The pair in my size were too tight in the toes, and the pair a half size up were too long and floppy. Usually I never have sizing problems.

These took a while to get used to - some chafing at the heals and top where strap crosses foot. However, they are very cute and will be comfortable once broken in. I don't know if I'd wear them in wet weather due to the material. They are great with jeans, skirts or capri's.

I like the shoes a lot, but may need to add something in the heel to tighten them up a bit. However, time will tell.

Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes. The shoes are relatively the right length, but the toe bumper is a bit hard on the tip of my toes. They are neither too narrow nor too wide but has certain uncomfortable spots that are hard to explain. I also did not find the shoes to be too cushiony; not convinced that they would be the best choice for a lot of walking.

J-41s are normally very comfortable, but these are more like a ballet flat without arch or lining.

It didn't work for me because I have high arches; however, if you have normal arches, I highly recommend these shoes.
