The sleeves are very generous and if you have long arms this is a good Jersey for you.

It arrived the day before I had planned to ride to work, which turned out to be a cold morning. It kept me from freezing & as I warmed up on my ride, I didn't get the sweat chills that I normally get from my other shirts. Without this shirt, I would have been a popsicle. I also noticed that even as the day warmed up, I did not get the sweats, as it let in enough air to keep me cool w/out freezing me out.
I highly recommend this shirt to anyone that likes an early am cool morning ride.

The color is bright and shows up well on the road. It isn't quite as lightweight as I thought it might be. It's hot and sunny where I live and I need lightweight protection from the sun.
