This skirt fits very nice and is true to size. I will agree with the comment of another reviewer that the lining is a little restrictive around the bottom. I plan to have a seamstress put a vent in the back to allow for more freedom.

It is comfortable and I have received compliments when I wear it. It can be dressed up or down but I think of it more on the dressy side.
By Pilates mama from Bellevue, WA on 01/20/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Fabric, Versatile, Wrinkle Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an excellent skirt for a casual work environment. It is comfortable, classic and easy to wear with one exception. The skirt is cut rather long and although the pleats look like it would be easy to walk in, the lining does not have those pleats, and it binds when you take a long stride. I recommend that you plan to either take up the hem or open a slit at the back seam of the lining as I did. That minor modification made it one of my new favorites.
By ag teacher from Illinois on 12/30/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Fabric, Versatile Cons: Minor wrinkling, Narrow skirt no slit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This lovely, classic wool skirt can be dressed up or dressed down. It is fully lined, soft, and comfortable. One criticism is the lining and the skirt are constructed without a walking slit or an adequate kick pleat for walking. I find, when walking a regular stride my shins and calves are bumping the fabric to the max. diameter of the skirt bottom, also difficult to climb in and out of my car. So advertising it as a "riding skirt" is a bit misleading, unless you're riding a pogo stick.
