If you have thighs of steel it might work for you, but I'm sort of a normal gal and it was very unflattering on me. I am returning them.

It is very comfortable and makes me feel feminine wearing it. The shorts underneath fit well and don't ride up like some of the other compression shorts I have worn.

Washed well and I dried it on the line, it dried quickly. I've gotten several compliments on it. I am an XL size and feel good in it. I would wear it for working out and walking as well.

This is a good sturdy skirt. The only drawback is that it does not have a pocket for gels. But otherwise it's a great skirt!
