By Melissa from Littleton, CO on 05/06/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Gym, Running, Team Sports Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts are great for working out at the gym; especially for weightlifting, where some moves can show off more of your skin than you want. The compression shorts keep your buttocks and upper-upper legs covered.
By Bootcamper from Washington, DC on 04/26/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Lightweight Best Uses: Gym, Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like these shorts, especially the length--I'm not a short-short sort of person and I find many women's shorts are just too revealing. These are perfect for the boot camp workout that I do since you don't have to worry about showing too much while doing crunches, leg lefts, etc. The compression short does ride up a bit when you're running, but not enough to cause discomfort. I'm going to buy some more. Based on other reviews which said they ran small, I bought a size larger, but I don't think that was necessary.
By lisa from Portland, OR on 04/23/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: nice especially with the built in compression shorts
By mom of 3 from Fort Collins, CO on 03/25/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement Best Uses: Gym, Running, Team Sports Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought these were the answer to my problem with chafing but they still ride up a bit. Okay for working out but not for long runs.
By essiebessie from florida on 03/10/2008 Cons: Poor Fit, Restricts Movement Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Looks good, quality-wise, but so so small I can't even begin to wear them.
By peep from ashville, ny on 01/18/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good coverage Cons: Compression not firm Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these because I have a problem with running shorts riding up. Even though the compression part of these shorts does ride up a little,it isn't uncomfortable. The outer short is long and loose enough that they don't seem to ride up. I wore these on a hot and humid 7 miler and didn't chafe. Would also be great for lifting at the gym.
By foot smart cheryl from rochester MI on 01/07/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Gym, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Ordered a xs but it was snug at waist. Iam size 2 to 4, but the short itself is nice.
