I bought the size that I thought would fit (37 = 6 1/2 -7) and the next size up (38 = 7 1/2 -8) since I usually wear size 7 - 7 1/2. The size 37 is just slightly snug which doesn't allow for normal foot swelling and the size 38 was really loose. I'm still debating on whether I should keep the 37 since they do feel uncomfortable if my feel swell, but they're just so darn nice! The 38's are way too big, even with foot swelling. In a perfect world, a size 37 1/2 ( 7-7 1/2) is what I really need.
