By Denise from Leesburg,VA on 06/22/2009 Pros: Durable, Great Color, Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Appeared to be very rugged material to hold up to outdoor work. Very feminine looking as compared to the man jeans I usually have to buy. (Long inseams) Unfortunately the waist was a little too snug for me so I returned for a bigger size. Color was as expected.
Carhartt Canvas Carpenter Jeans (For Wom By desertgirl from Red Rock Country on 06/12/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Great Color, Lots of pockets, Quality Material Best Uses: Campong, Casual Wear, Contracting, Hiking Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great fitting jeans. The pockets are perfect for holing a knife, or mutli tool and lip balm. I can wear them working all day. I am an outdoor professional, and often have to hike through brush or crawl around in rocks, and these pants stay with me and never get in the way. I have 2 pairs now!
By All About Comfort from Washington, DC on 05/27/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered these because I love the functionality of Carharrt pants, but the men's sizes don't work for my waist-to-hip ratio. I have a hard time finding bottoms that fit my hips, but don't gap in the back at the waist. These gapped at the back a little bit, so I only kept one pair. I took them in a little, and will wear them because I badly want the extra pockets. They seem to be good quality, and hopefully will wear for a long time like Carharrt's other products.
By trail runner from Northern Nevada on 05/24/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Quality Material Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Travel Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The cut and waistline on these pants is more practical than the current low-waistline trend. The waistline sits just below your natural waistline for a flattering look. These jeans are a nice break from denim, in a slightly lighter weight material and in a great choice of earthy colors. I haven't had them long enough to rate them for durability, but my guess is they'll wear well. I also have three pair of the Carhardtt carpenter shorts and they fit exactly the same.
