I was looking for something similar to underwear I've purchased in Europe: cotton, nice trim fit that works under todays lower rise pants.
Unfortunately these ride pretty high...I ordered two and returned the one I didn't try on...I can only use the one I had to keep to wear with dresses, or clothes that sit higher on the waist (which I don't wear much these days)

These are only the second pair I've found that I can be active in and not worry about what my underwear is doing.

Very good, but not my favorite Calida. My hips are a little wide, but pretty reasonable.I ordered a Medium. When I first put these underwear on, I almost returned them because they did not seem to give me good butt coverage, and seemed just a little small in the hips. I thought for sure they would ride up. I have another pair of Calidas (no longer available) that fit me perfectly so I was a lttle dissapointed. Still, I decided to go for it. Well they have stayed put despite the fact they don't have complete butt coverage. They are so comfortable and very cute! I have worn them for skiing, mountain bike riding and everyday, but I do go to my other Calidas (they are black and red wavy, but I don't remember the exact name) first.

Very soft, even right out of the bag, but more so after washing. And they don't ride up, which I appreciate.

But I decided to try it. I ordered my usual size in these (L) and they fit just fine. I love the fabric - soft, and the pattern and colors are great. I gave them only a 4 because I haven't actually worn them yet, just tried them on. They might turn out to get a 5.
