By the time I deduct the shipping cost to return them, the credit back is not worth it so am keeping them and will try to shrink them and take them in at waist.

I have a hard time finding a great fitting pants and these are it! Great material. Great color. I am 5'5" and am usually 10/12 in pants to accommodate strong, full, curviness. These pants do not gap in the back like many do. The fit and cut of the pants is flattering.

I should have listened to the previous reviewers and ordered a size smaller than I wear - the 10 was great - the 12 was huge and unattractive. The only thing I don't like about these pants is how high-waisted they are. But for [$], they're great the days I have to go into the office - cute and comfortable.
