By Barbarak from Bellevue on 09/17/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a small woman and, although these shorts seem true to size, they were over powering looking for me. I felt like I had on a big wide heavy skirt! They are well made, but the material is on the heavy side and I think they would look much better on a taller woman with a more muscular athletic build.
By Sally from Whitefish, MT on 09/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like these shorts. The bike shorts liner are very well-padded, almost bulky, but I like how it feels for longer rides, so it's good for me. I heeded the warnings that the waist ran small, so I ordered a large, even though I generally wear an 8. They are a bit big all over, but they aren't falling off, so I'll keep them. I am 5'7" and 137 pounds, 54 years old. Nice style and coverage for running errands while getting some exercise. They do come up high, but I don't want bits and pieces of me hanging out of the back while riding. Since they're big, they settle just above my hips when not riding.
By prbiker from San Juan,PR on 09/07/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This pair of pants fit a little bit weird, very high in the waist and kinda bulky material. They have proven to be very sturdy but not the most flattering design.

By Elizabeth from Kansas on 01/24/2009 Cons: Bulky, Irregular Fit Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I cut the liners out of these and they work well under other shorts, but the outer shorts are too wide at the leg openings and too narrow in the waist opening. I'm 5'1" and 114 pounds and I can't button them without sucking in and being squeezed (a fit that doesn't work so well while biking). They would probably be okay for someone with a very narrow waist, but they didn't work for me.
At last! Shorts that meet the shirt! By outdoor mom from northern michigan on 08/12/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Stylish, Washes Well Cons: Chamois is a bit too big Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As an almost 50 year old, I am not fond of wearing things that expose too much skin. These shorts come up high enough to meet my shirt eliminating the constant tugging of my shirts while riding. My teenage daughter approved of the look so they are not unfashionably high. The shorts are extremely comfortable and flattering. The only negative I could find is that the chamois seems to come up a little too high in the back, higher than one would need while riding.
By Wanda from Tucson on 08/07/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Stylish, Washes Well Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The XL size was perfect for me- I'm a size 12/14. Almost as comfortable as good bike shorts and not as unflattering for someone my size. These shorts are not bulky-looking as I feared they would be. I do wish the liner was removable. My husband bought a pair (different brand) at a bike store and the liner snapped in. This would make laundering easier and I could wear the liner with other shorts.
By lp from cornelius, nc on 08/07/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: these just reminded me too much of my hs softball coach shorts. thought they would be a little more stylish. they ran large (vs most comments said small) and they were bulky (yes, i realize all biking shorts are bulky b/c of padding) but this felt like 2 pair of shorts. maybe smaller size would be better but think i'll have to resort to regular black biking shorts.
By mom on 2 wheels from Fort Collins, CO on 08/07/2008 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Cons: Bulky, Chafes, Waist too high Best Uses: Commuter biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I didn't expect a short within a short. This creates too much bulk. The waist sits very high, proving uncomfortable. Seams on the inner short
rub, also uncomfortable. I plan to return these.
I would buy this product again By dynamomom from Little Rock, AR on 07/24/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Washes Well Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The padded brief ran alot smaller than the actual shorts. I would like them better if I could remove the padded brief to wash by hand rather than in the washer.
