By Reiner rider from Phoenix, arizona on 08/18/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Daily Use, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My only comment is the sizing. The website relects the sizing for women on the sock packaging. I ordered a medium based on he sizing chart (also on the packaging) for women. I wear a 8 1/2 and the socks were huge and I exchanged for small which are perfect. I have narrow feet so maybe that is why they were so big.

By Walking the dogs from Philadelphia on 07/14/2009 Cons: Seems somewhat abrasive, Uncomfortable Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a pair of the Rohner Cool Max running socks and they are great. But these? They don't wick properly and my feet feel hot in them. There is a slight "abrasive" quality about them, and I think it is because of the wool. I can't wait to take them off. I do not recommend them.
