By The Cotton Girl from Los Angeles California on 03/17/2009 Cons: Low Quality, Poor Fit, Thin Fabric Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Style Driven Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This was supposed to have been an Italian size 44 (US 8) skirt. Normally size 44 fits me perfectly with about 0.5'' spare around the waist. This skirt was very oddly proportioned. It was tight around the hips and somewhat loose around the waist. The thin gauzy material used in one area did not help. Overall disappointing.
By jktjm from St. Louis, MO on 01/23/2009 Cons: Fabric too sheer, Wrinkles Easily Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The design and detail of skirt is really attractive and trendy looking. However, the fabric is very sheer and doesn't hang well. I'm on trim side, but it made me look dumpy. Probably would look better on tall person.
By Runs with Peggy from Minneapolis MN on 07/21/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Work Days, Comfort-Oriented, On The Weekend, To School, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Eclectic, Trendy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs big but I'm making it work because it's such a neat skirt. It wrinkles easily but that's part of the "look."
By girl4day from Demver on 07/09/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Wrinkle Resistant Best Uses: Comfort-Oriented, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Eclectic Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this skirt. Since I have had it I have been wearing it around the house for days. It's just fun and comfortable, but probably too casual for a nice date or to work. I ended up with two colors. Be careful if you order white, as it very sheer. Also, be sure to wash in cold water. The first time I washed mine, the seams puckered up, I'm assuming from warm water.
almost worth the price... By Mac from Westborough, MA on 05/03/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: Casual Work Days, On The Weekend, To Work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Eclectic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a bargain shopper, it is rare for me to spend this much on a single item, but this skirt was way too cool to pass up.
By SuzWV from FingerLakes, NY on 03/10/2008 Pros: Casual, Comfortable, unique Best Uses: Casual Wear, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Conservative, Trendy Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This skirt is unique. If you are looking for something casual and different, this is it. It would replace a pair of jeans. At 5'5", the length is longer than I expected at mid-calf, but that's ok. I am a true size 6, but the size 4 fit me perfectly.
