I'm almost always the same size, and this ran small.
However, it's a lovely skirt with warm and deep coloring, and the piping on it makes it unique.

The hem had the same finish as the outside seams and I thought it looked cheesy. Also, the hips were too snug for me, I am a curvy lady. So back it went.
