The green color gives great visibility if running near traffic. Tanks are too bare for me; this shirt has the coverage of a short sleeve - but you stay cool.

I use these shirts for hiking in warmer weather. I will also use as a casual shirt coupled with a gauze camp-style shirt for traveling when it's really hot (I need cover shirt inside if a/c'd but without when hiking or poking around yard sales/flea markets/ambling.) Colors are great, it's very light and breezes flow through but it doesn't cling, and it isn't too sheer. all around great shirt!

This is a great outdoor shirt for any sport, like boating/tennis/etc, but so far I have only worn it running outside and at the gym. Really light-weight fit, compared to some "tech" shirts out there.
