Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for friend who does daily 7-mile walk/hike and she loves it. Only negative is that it is not always easy to clean given its compact size.
But, she is petite size, and this fits her very well, and does not cause any chafing.
great option for long runs!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I tried this out on a 6 mile run. It was great! Even when full it was not too bouncy, and it was comfortable. The long cinching straps were a little annoying when flapping around, so i tucked them in. The pockets could be a little larger, but they did fit my set of keys and inhaler just fine. Although it did get sweaty it amazingly did not retain any odor! awesome! My water stayed cool the whole time, even though it was a warm day -- definitely a plus!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just used this on a 10.4 mile jog on wooded trails, it was just what I needed on a warm spring day. It would have been perfect if my water didn't have that plastic taste.
