The organic cotton is super-soft,the color is a soft blue, and the style is comfortable and cute.The waist is *unstructured* so it doesn't sit at your waist, unless you cinch the drawstring, but I like to let it ride lower, my hips keep it up. It's casual, but not sloppy looking... just a nice, light summer skirt.
