By GettingBack2It from Raymore, MO on 06/23/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly Cons: Chamois ok for short ride Best Uses: Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Decent set of bibs. The padding is ok but bunches a little on long rides(25+ miles).

By Clyde from Ohio on 06/04/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The caveat I offer is there are many seams in the chamois that chafe me. I find the one-piece chamois to be much more comfortable. The fit is great, but these are a short ride bib not a long ride bib.
By no nickname from berkeley, ca on 05/21/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Padding, thick lycra Best Uses: Cold Weather, Mountain Biking, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These bibs are much nicer than some of the shorts I've worn. They aren't amazing, but the price here is great and the sizing seems at least sane, unlike some european brands. They're comfortable for long days in the saddle, although I do feel that the material around the stomach/lower back feels pretty thick. Keeps me a little warmer than I might like, but the chamois makes up for it.
Made in USA and that's GREAT!!! By Skiloypet from Fredericksburg VA on 05/15/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Padding, Good Pockets and Features, Outstanding value, Superb chamois material Best Uses: Cold Weather, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This product is extremely well made and is just as good as anything "Italian" at twice the price! ...and that makes it BETTER.
By Steve from Gorham, NY on 05/12/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good Padding, Great Chamois and fit Best Uses: Long rides, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Izumi quality, great price
Uncomfortable chamois & promiment seams By Bike rider from Salt Lake City, UT on 05/11/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts did not feel good at all. The chamois is too small and caused irritation against the saddle. Seams are also too promiment and irritating.
great bibs for a good price By 4wdriver from Eureka, CA on 05/04/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Biking, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: love the feel of a bib short... not tight around the waist
By John from San Diego on 04/30/2008 Best Uses: Commuting, Long Distance Riding Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The padding seems thick to me. I have other shorts from PI and this one (3D Race) is definitely much thicker than the Ultrasensors. This causes a "bunching up" at times and is slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise, the thick padding is ideal for long distance rides. The price is great though...you cannot beat that. For the casual rider, I would definitely pick up a pair or two!
By Matt from Baltimore, MD on 04/27/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Padding Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts are the bottom level Pearl's but still better than most of the competition. These are my first pair of bibs and I find them much more comfortable than the shorts.
