ski pants don't get much better than thi By California Snow Bunny from Palo Alto, CA on 02/19/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Downhill, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Advanced Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Like most spyder products these run a bit small. i usually wear a 6-8 and bought a 10 and they are PERFECT. I love the "garnets" on the sides. They are definitely worth the extra $$$ because you don't really need an extra layer underneath. they kept me warm and dry all day long.
By Utah skier from Park City, Utah on 01/22/2009 Pros: Breathable, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Advanced Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are good-looking pants but...just not for me. They are a little satiny and I didn't realize the "garnets" went all the way down the leg. They look warm and well made. Also a little big
They only go with certain jackets By s from Michigan on 11/30/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The pants have garnets down the sides and are shiny, which I do not believe is in the description. They are nice pants, but they will only match very few jackets. I had to send them back, because the details of the pants were not visible in the picture and were not described either.
By CanOz from NSW, Australia on 08/04/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Downhill Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are a fantastic pant from Spyder & well worth the extra $$$. The fabric is durable & warm, yet very beautiful (they have a sheen to them). They are a lovely tailored fit, the tech features are well thought out & the removable suspenders make them quite versatile for different snow conditions (I ski all around the world).
I'm 5'5 & 118lbs & got the size 4 & found these to be a good comfortable tailored fit with room to layer when I'm in the double sub zero digits!
I'm very happy & highly recommend them :-)

Breathable and light but very warm. Wish there were more colors though! Skied with these pants in April with very slushy conditions and no water penetrated at all!.
