Comments:
the sound on this is amazing. better than some good headphones i have used. which is why i did not return it because it arrived without the electrical components that enable one to add a cell phone and independently adjust the volume from your MP3 player. i got a good price on it, did not want to go throught the enormous hassle of getting STP to give me the rest of the components and as i said the sound is awesome. there is a jack in the back for your MP3 player, it is supposed to be a 90 degree turn on the jack but with a little effort i got a straight one to go in. the included speakers in the helmet are amazing, the helmet blocks the wind so you wind up with a great helmet for bicycling in the winter, although it is a little bulky looking and probably not aero for all you roadies out there. perfect for me however.

By SportsFanaticVerified Reviewer from San Diego, CA on 01/13/2009
Pros:
Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Protective, Well Ventilated
Cons:
Bulky, Poor Fit
Best Uses:

Describe Yourself:

Sizing:
Feels full size too big
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Purchased Large. Feels too big and is exceptionally round. Good for protection but not at all stylish. Very, very round. Feel like I got a bowl style haircut. Skullcandy is convenient but speakers are so-so quality. Stock ipod ear buds are better. Vents are nice and comfortable chin strap.

Comments:
Good helmet, well done, good quality. Hooked it up to my Motorola cell phone with USB output ( no small audio jacks ).. The helmet didn't have a converter - so I had to get it separately. Once hooked up the "one button" activates the voice recognition menu, but this same button won't turn it off. It won't even hung up the call after the conversation - meaning, either you ask the other person to hang up, or if you are on a voice mail, you are stuck.. You cannot hang up until you press the "End" button on your cell. besides that, music works Ok. Not the best music quality, but definitely it works.

This helmet made long lift rides more bearable and added spice to doing some runs alone. It allows you to enjoy some tunes but still be able to be well aware of your surroundings.

Looks good, but that's about it
By BBK SkierVerified Reviewer from Copper Mountain, Co on 12/15/2008
Pros:
Easily Adjustable, Lightweight, Stylish, Well Ventilated
Cons:
Low quality sound, Not too comfortable, Poor goggle fit
Best Uses:
Skiing, Snowboarding
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I wear this for safety only. My Smith Phenoms do not fit very well on this helmet. With the goggle, the helmet is not very comfortable as it presses down too hard on my nose. The sound out of the ear pieces are worse than 99 cent earphones. That was the most disappointing part. Also, it is not compatible with very many cell phones. Next time I will buy a helmet with bluetooth compatability.

Comments:
Nice helmet, arrived at the end of the season so it is for next year. The audio system works fine but not sure how long it will last, the plug in connections seem fragile. The Omen is adjustable and fits like the current model helmet I tried on in the store unlike the Fuse that I also bought and returned

Comments:
What the ad didn't mention was that this is adjustable! I can loosen it for wearing a hat underneath, or tighten to fit my head perfectly! I wore it while harrowing my hay meadow, so much nicer than earbuds that always fall out. Plus, I can still hear my cell phone when it rings, even if the music is REALLY cranked up! And it does get VERY loud, if you need it to. This is very lightweight, unlike so many helmets. I just love it!
