I bought them for work, and was suprised at how quickly they broke in. They look great with both jeans and skirts. These are my first Earth shoes, and now I am hooked. My calves even got a workout from walking around in them for a few days! The material is a bit thin, so I wear thick socks in cold weather.

Feels like trainers, just look better! I have had sciatica in both my legs and my osteopath recommended wearing them daily once I have had my back adjusted. Within one week of adjustments and wearing neagative heel shoes, my back is back to normal and I can easily pick up my 2 year old without excruciating pain. I bought 3 pairs of boots and feel they are worth every penny!

They are also itchy where they meet your calf so you will need to wear some long socks or tuck your pants in!

I bought them because they were cute and I read about negative heel technology helping with cellulite, tightening gluts, and and overall posture. Most f all i love fashion and believe it or not i have had more ugg wearing college girls asking where to get a pair of these than i can respond to! they loked great this fall with pencil jeans and big sweaters as well as with bare legged, short skirts and tees. I love the easy pull on; slouched or pulled up, and i definately feel a difference in which muscles i use to walk. I feel like i walk or 'drive' from the back of my thigh (hamstrings) rather than picking up with my front (quads). THey run very big. I usually wear a 7.5 shoe and in boots or sneakers i like an 8. I bet i could have gotten a way with a 7 on thesea nd i have a slightly wider than average foot. Im buying a black pair too!
