These boots look adorable. They have great arch support. However, I needed 2 put in another pair of earth shoe insoles, because they were alittle too wide. The heel is still a little wide, but they r very comfortable, and I love them! They look great w/jeans.

I actually bought a second pair of these boots one size larger to wear with thick socks because my regular size only worked with thin socks or stockings.
However, once you get the boots on, the shape of the foot and the arch support feel wonderful, and the leather is incredibly soft. The cuffed top sits at mid-calf on me (I'm tall), but comes up to my knees if I unfold the cuff. I think the boots look a bit better uncuffed, but you can easily fold them wherever you want.

The calf part of boot was way too big for my legs. I should have known since I have a small tight leg and I read how happy gals with bigger muscular calves were with the width of the boot.
They looked really silly on me. Like over-sized pirate boots.

Also, you can turn up the cuff and make them longer. I have bunions, so my usual size didn't feel comfortable. I had to return them for a 1/2 size larger, and now they are slightly too big, but I will fill in with thick socks and memory foam insoles, and probably won't take them off all winter!
