Neat winter shoes for daily wear By snaillady2 from Philadelphia, PA on 12/06/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice boots. Need to get accustomed to the "reverse heel" of Earth shoes, but wore for 1/2 mile walks in the rain without problem. Slight wear on ankles, needs more breaking in. Runs about 1/2 size larger (American)--I wear 7.5 and size 7 was fine.
Nice looking BUT....NO lining By Chilly Girl from Collegeville PA on 11/30/2008 Cons: No lining, Not Comfortable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was really looking forward to receiving my boots. They came, I tried them on, and to my surprise they hurt my feet so bad I couldn't even wear them for 30 minutes. The heel was very loose fitting and slipped. They do run narrow even with the box toe. They pinched my foot. I even ordered a size up. There is NO lining at all on the inside/foot bed of this boot. I think with some fleece these may be a really great boot. Might make them fit a little better too! Price is GREAT!!!

I even liked the angle of the shoes..puts one in better alignment.

They're always made with the highest quality materials and workmanship.
Fashionable and warm but not a good fit By Rmr from New Jersey on 11/25/2008 Pros: Fashionable, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These run a bit small...I suggest sizing up. I'm not sure if it's just b/c these are on the tight side for me, but they rub under the ankle and on the heel. After wearing once, my ankle and heel were sore for days. At least they look good.
