These shoes were too soft, and were too small for size to work for me.

She has had several broken ankles and I wanted to get her some boots that would have adjustable ankle support. These filled the bill perfectly. She has worn them almost every day when leaving the house. The boots were slightly undersized and we had to return for the next larger size.

It's so loose it feels like I forgot to tie the laces, except there aren't any.

I plan to use these with slacks when shopping, traveling, not hiking...would get too scarred up and probably would not support my ankles enough on uneven ground. I have 2 other pair of stonefly shoes, both would get the same rating, they are incrediblely comfortable and easy to put on, take off. Their soles keep one from slipping. Please keep supplying these. Oh do you have the above product in Black??

These run small so I couldn't keep them, plus are much stiffer so I didn't like them as much.
