Great Boots with some Sizing Issues By Will from Iowa City, IA on 01/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had to order these twice. The first pair which was in my normal size was too small and tight. The pair that I ordered a full size larger fits perfectly. Other than the sizing problem, I am very happy with the boos.
By the pearl from Lincoln, NE on 01/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are incredibly lightweight and warm, and feel like a large work boot. This was a little weird at first as they are taking the place of some spent old Sorels that I had been stumbling around in. The fifth star will have to wait for the results of a Northern Minnesota lake trip coming soon.
Good all around winter boots By Robb from Pittsburgh, PA on 01/28/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just received boots in time for a cold snap and snow storm. Boots performed like champs whether shoveling snow, walking dogs, hiking or working on my farm. I am normally a 7.5, but thought I would try the 8 and they fit well with just enough room with heavy socks. They are surprising lightweight, construction quality is very good. Warmth is very good. Have not checked the waterproof claim yet. Entry exit is somewhat tight, but worth it as they are good boots.

These boot are a great multi purpose boot. From just a cold day shoveling the side walk, to an all day adventure out doors. They keep me warm and dry under the most extreme conditions. No joke a great boot!
New but scratched up toes. By EcchiKamil from Brussels, Belgium on 01/21/2009 Pros: Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Warm, great quality.
Unfortunately, I have wide feet sho a bit tight width wise but good non-the-less.
Downside to this being that the shoes had scratches on the toes right when they arrived. I live in europe so not financially feasible for me to pay shipping again to return them.
For the price; This is not bad By emsmedic1 from NYC on 01/20/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Base on my experiance as a paramedic that wear boots everyday, I would say this boots has a normal exit & entry considering this is like an 8-12" boots (Although side zipper would be nice.) The bad part is the boots does stay kinda wet inside after you wear due to sweat(This is with thin socks & My foot normally don't sweat on other boots). Other than that it's good for the price.
By snow hiker from New York, NY on 01/18/2009 Pros: Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a narrow foot and these boots were too narrow for me. They crushed my toes. There was no way I could wear them for longer than 30 minutes. I sent them back.

I got them recently. No significant breaking in required and they're very comfortable right from the start. It's just a little hard to get the feet in for the very first time, but after that it's just great. Recommend this a hundred percent !
