By VeryColdSoutherner from Wisconsin on 02/12/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't worn these outside, but they seem warm. I ordered a half-size smaller based on the recommendation, but I'm not convinced that was necessary.
By Cold Feet from Saint Louis,Mo on 02/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have poor circulation PAD and Kamiks fit the bill for me. I have a pair of their low cut outdoor shoes with shearling lining too and I don't need socks. I can always count on Kamiks for traction saftey. I cannot say enough about this Canadian company. These boots are very good looking with Jeans or Slacks.

Kamik Kayle Pac boot review By tranha01 from San Jose, CA on 01/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Stylish comfortable boot that will keep your feet warm and dry. It may even be too warm sometimes indoor. I'm very happy with this boot so far.
By SouthernSierraMt.Dweller from Bodfish, CA on 01/27/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm Cons: Lacks arch support, Not Comfortable Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots are fine for what I got them for. ( To put on when it's cold and wet to take my dogs out. Not comfortable enough for all day wear, a little lose in the heal, no arch support). The ad said, if you are a half size buy the next whole size down, (if your a 7 1/2 buy a 7). That's fine but I couldn't wear a heavy pair of socks with the boots, as they would be to short and tight in the toe and forefoot. Still I'm happy enough for what I wanted just something to slip on to run the pups out so my feet don't freeze and get wet. They seem like they will hold up to wear ok. They also look ok. Color is nice.
do the job = affordable too By Sita from Boston, MA on 01/26/2009 Pros: Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Not the best looking boot, but kind of a fun design, plus they really do the job in the snow. Zipper gets stuck at the top in the "tongue" material (kind of annoying). Not great arch support. My narrow feet and ankles are swimming in these boots. However, they keep the snow out and the feet warm in January. Good closeout price
Great boots for Wisconsin By Suzie from Milwaukee WI on 01/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots are attractive enough that on cold nights I can wear them out to restaurants or other activities. They really are warm and I have very, very cold feet all the time. It's about the first time in my life that I am one of the few people not complaining about how cold my feet are. The zipper is a little tricky, but then most boot zippers usually seem to be.
By Jennywren13 from Grand Island, NE on 01/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Zipper can get caught Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used for the first time today. A little large for the size, but will put some inserts in them to keep the heels from slipping up and down. Very warm. Have to be careful not to get zipper stuck in material. Happened the first time I put them on and now I'm very careful to watch the material in the gusset from getting caught.
