That's more than I can say for my last pair of boots. The taupe color is more like silver. For snow boots they are very cute.

Only con was a bit big in the heel, causing a little slippage. This can be fixed though by wearing heavy socks. Overall, good,warm,tuly waterproof with good traction. All at a reasonable price
