By Dog lady from North Carolina on 12/18/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Walking dirtgravel road Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought a half-size larger, which was right - but they are just a wee bit loose at the heel. No big deal, I can wear heavy socks with them. Something I like is the fuzzy lining - I can wear no socks if I want.

My toes can get a bit chilly, but that's the case for me in any boots that I've found.

By ColdweatherMac from Madison, WI on 12/16/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They are super comfortable--they feel like slippers that you can wear in the snow, but they aren't as warm as I thought they'd be. They do keep my feet dry, though. I still love them for their comfort and lightness, even though they aren't the warmest.

Great Winter Boot - Warm & Lightweight By Escribe from Kenosha, WI on 12/12/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for a winter boot that I could really walk in. My previous boots all were pretty clunky and were not very comfortable for more than walking out to pick up the newspaper.
I bought these Kamik boots based on the listed features plus the fact that they weighed under two pounds. I very happy with the boots - have used them for snowblowing, walking the dogs, and running around on errands. They are nice and warm, are comfortable inside stores (breathable), and are great for walking!
I do feel the tread could be a little deeper for better traction. Also, they are not very high and this could be a problem in really deep snow. These are small concerns.
If the shoe fits, grab it! By JB from Arlington, MA on 12/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a narrow foot and was delighted to finally find a snow boot that is warm, comfy, and doesn't slip on my heels. The laces should accommodate a narrow and regular-width foot.
