They are a little bulky/heavy, but they are still pretty comfortable! Make sure you buy the extra size up, since they definitely run small! I am very happy with the purchase of these boots, and recommend them to anyone looking to keep warm in the winter months!

Warm, solid--need breaking in By Robin in Rochester from Rochester, NY on 01/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Solid heavy-duty sturdy, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Heavy, Need breaking in Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Yes these boots run small. The first few times I wore these boots, they hurt my shins and felt tight. My husband said hurting the shins is a good sign--it means the boots are reinforced with solid materials. The boots have now loosened up both in size (don't feel so tight) and the shin area no longer hurts. Guess you just have to break them in. They keep my feet warm in near zero degree temperatures and I feel solid walking on icy, slippery surfaces. Much better than the cheapy pair I had before that always left me feeling cold and wet.

BUT, order one size larger. I am a size 7. My feet are very scrunched and with thin socks. Should've ordered at least a 7.5 or 8. Otherwise they're great.

Great winter boot, but runs small By Harrison's mom from Elm Grove, WI on 01/09/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Tight fit for wide feet Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Wearing these boots for our six inches of snow today meant that for this first time this winter, my feet stayed nice and dry and warm when I was outside playing with my son. Definitely order a size up, I would have ordered a size and a half up if half sizes were an option since the boots seem to run a bit narrow too.
