Beautiful, stylish design. Perfect length. Lots of pockets and zippers, waterproof, great fabric, nice hood in zipper. Pit zips that have fabric lining. I can't wait to wear it while hiking during the cold winter months in Sedona.

By Hannah from Yosemite, CA on 03/21/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking, Walking in a downpour Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Walking in a downpour, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an excellent waterproof jacket. It fits as skiwear (size up one size from your normal casual clothes). My only caution is that the illustration does not reveal that the inside zipper placket is brighlty colored. On the black version, the placket is red and grey with repeating "Marker" logos. This is visible unless you have the zipper completely zipped. There is also a red and while Marker logo on one shoulder and at the hip.
By Oldie from Moscow, ID on 02/10/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Pockets hard to get into Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the best Gor-Tex jacket I have owned for skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking in cold weather. One does need to wear a warm top underneath it, but that is what I do anyway when doing these activities. It is lined which makes it more breathable than my other Gor-Tex jacket. Although the side pockets are a little hard to get into, it does not take away because of its other features.
