By Big Marty from Durango, CO on 01/20/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: there's just one design flaw with this jacket, the hood zips into the collar, so when you take it out and happen to get stuck in a downpour, water will collect inside the collar. it shouldn't be a problem while skiing. otherwise, i love this jacket, plenty of pockets, space to layer and it seems to be well made.

By candyman from hudson river valley, ny on 12/20/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Skiing/Snowboarding, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered the jacket in medium; my dress jacket size is 42 long. The medium is way big. You really don't need so much room in this type of jacket. With one or two layers of fleece and an under garment you are ready for almost anything. Lots of unused space with this set up in a medium. I had to return the medium for a small. Now I am very happy. The coat is sugar.

By Gregg from Eugene , OR on 11/28/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great jacket for the money

By Moving West from Dayton, OH on 11/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great top layer. Sizing allows room for a fleece or other insulating layer in cold weather. If you're sometimes between sizes (like I am), size down. Taped seems and zippers along with Gore Tex make it nearly impenetrable. High collar with microfleece will be invaluable on those chairlifts.
