Works for me!

I'd like it a little wider. Other than that, it was perfect for a backpacking weekend with a lot of rain! I love all the mesh, but probably wouldn't use just that. I have very bad luck with rain...
Worth every penny, and more! By Ulysses from Los Angeles, CA on 07/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Fly Works Well, Lightweight, Sturdy Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this tent with a Patogonia trip in mind, but wanted to break it in while in Yosemite. The set up is extremely easy, my 11 yr old pitched it by herself in a few minutes. We both fit in it comfortably, and really enjoyed the view from all angles, due to all the mesh. For the price, it is an incredible deal. I did some comparison shopping at 4 different sporting good stores, and nothing even came close to this deal. Although I got a little drizzle on one of the days in Yosemite, I cannot say how well it performs in real rain, but the rain fly design looks like rain would not be a problem.
By Redhawk from Idaho on 07/22/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fly Works Well, Sturdy Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This tent was easy to set up and had a nice weight to room ratio. Its maiden voyage was three nights in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho and it did me well. I, fortunately, didn't have any rain but other posts that prompted me to go for this tent said it did well for them. It does have a nice fly that goes all the way to the ground and to double vestibules and doors was great. Each side is the same too so you don't get a nice vestibule and a weak one - both are good enough for a large pack and boots.
It's a great tent - but consider this! By Former equipment borrower from Baton Rouge, LA on 07/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Fly Works Well, Great ventilation, Lightweight, Sturdy, Waterproof Cons: Heavier than I like, No footprint is available Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: think hard before order a tent without a footprint - other than that it's great
By limeslice from central Arkansas on 07/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Lightweight Cons: Poor setup instructions Best Uses: Backpacking, Bike Touring, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great little tent for the money. Setup instructions are not very detailed. Hint: download the pictures of the finished product to see how the rain fly should look. Marmot website has photo instructions of similar, current production, 2 person tent that are helpful. It's best to learn how to set up the tent and rain fly at home, in dry weather first.

My boyfriend and I set it up in a matter of minutes and it seems roomy for two! No complaints thus far. Light and manageable.

Not bad, but I prefer a better one. By Mo from Brookings, SD on 07/06/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Waterproof Cons: Feet side is too narrow Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I went to backcountry in Yellowstone and Teton for seven days after bought this tent. It is light and small enough for backpacking, and it's able to stand in strong wind. But the design is a little bit awkward; the feet side is narrower than the head side, so that may two sleep pad can not fit into it well. Further, the door room is kind of useless since its roof is too low. Plus, the zip on the out door is too easy to get jam; once I was not able to close the door in a heavy rain--a lot stuff got wet. There are was a lot wild animals passed by my tent, so I hope I have a little window on my tent so I can see what's going on.
