It is stylish, and hides a tummy.
By Betsy on the go from Stockton, NJ on 02/13/2009 Cons: Bad Color, Lousy design Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The knot is a bit awkward, and there is a unflattering midline seam. Overall look- puckery.
By QuiltingMom from Austin, Texas on 02/11/2009 Cons: Flimsy light fabric, Low Quality Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, High-end shopper Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This one went back-- looks like it might melt in the washer, plus it was too clingy and unbecoming to me. Might work for a trim younger person, though.
By Climbing Laura from Boulder CO on 01/26/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I really wanted to like this shirt. It looks so pretty in the photos and I like the concept of the twist, but they way it is designed it just doesn't work. I took the advice of previous reviewers and ordered a size down. I'm a size 6, 32B, but I ordered the extra small. Even in extra small, one side of the neckline falls away and hangs open so far that you will always show whatever bra you have on, and it is super low cut so you're showing A LOT of bra. I don't know, maybe if your chest is super huge it MIGHT be okay, but only if you're willing to show mega cleavage. Sent it back.
By scaryblondechick from New York, NY on 01/06/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've seen similar shirts, sleeveless with that twist at the middle, elsewhere, and loved the design. Seeing it here at a better price and made by a clothing line I already liked, Aventura by Sportif, I decided to buy it.
I'm glad I did. It's every bit as flattering as I thought it would be. The side ruching can hide a less-than-perfect waist, the twist adds definition to the waist and bustline.
Honestly, you don't see the full effect as pictured here. I was so delighted with what this shirt did for my figure I bought another. I can't think of a single thing wrong with this piece.

By mountain gal from northern cal on 06/30/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It has a nice feel, but needs something under it because it is quite low cut.
By The Biking Nurse from Salt Lake City, UT on 06/24/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Soft Material Cons: Neckline too plunging Best Uses: Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I loved the picture, but the top was much too large. I am usually a size 4-6, and I bought a small. It fit me like an 8. The neck line plunged well below my nipple line, and since I don't have much bosom, it just wasn't going to work. I sent it back. Too bad because it would have looked cute with the skirt I bought at the same time.
