By Enjoying Alaska from Anchorage, AK on 08/10/2009 Pros: Ankle Support, Arch Support, Comfortable/No Break-In, Flexible, Great Traction, Sturdy/Durable, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small, Feels too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these because I love the MBT sneakers I bought before thru Sierra. MBT shoes align the whole body, you get a great core body as well as hamstring and glute workout. I have experienced no foot, knee or low back pain, that I usually do with other types pf shoes. They are worth the price, you need to buy at least 1/2 size bigger, they run small.

By Bsummone from Aiustin, TX on 05/22/2008 Pros: MBT technology, Provides challenge Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: MBT boots mean MBT soles with the weight and ankle support of a full scale hiking boot. These boots add to calorie burning, and for the first few wearings result in some soreness in legs--but its all good! This is my second pair of MBT from STP, so you know I am already a fan! Be sure to order 1/2 size larger..I'm a 41 ordered 41 2/3 and both fit great!
