Easy & quick set-up a plus. I always left both ends open so ventilation was great.

This tent is light and enormous! By stefrrr from Florida on 07/27/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Sturdy, Waterproof Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this tent for a one month trip I'll be taking with my dog. I figured a two person would be just big enough, but when I got this tent, I was pleasantly surprised by its size. It is HUGE! It was also really easy to set up, even for just one person. When you consider its super light weight, it's a perfect tent.
By AS Doby from Sacramento, CA on 06/14/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy to set up, Lightweight, Sturdy Best Uses: Motorcycle Camping Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this to go light weight, pitch fast, no fly to deal with. I've only used once at about 8,500 ft in the Sierra Nevada Mts. I purchased a single weight non-free-standing shelter. That's exactly what it is. Condensation for 1 is less than most single walls of this type and for a non-free-standing shelter it goes up quick and taught. I love this little thing, it is exactly what it's advertised to be. The bonus for me is the build quality! In my opinion Go-Lite is second to none in quality of build and materials...NONE. It bothers me to see a review of a non-free-standing, single wall tent reviewed that complains about in not being free standing and they have to deal with condensation. Duh. If I had a personal peeve, I'd like the poles to be in shorter sections to better deal with M/C saddlebags.
Excellent minimalist design By brif from Washington, DC on 05/09/2008 Pros: Easy to set up, Lightweight, Waterproof Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking, Mountaineering Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an excellent and really good value product. It is simple to set up and weighs very little. It is small so good to be on good terms or indeed intimate (or hoping to be so) with any fellow cohabitants. the amount of weight and bulk saved are significant.
Does the job, half the weight By Montage from Sperryville, VA on 04/13/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy to set up, Lightweight, Perfectly fills the niche, Waterproof Best Uses: Backpacking, Fishing, Hiking, Hunting Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a number of tents, from 4 season snowproof through tarp tents. This one is the right one to take when bugs are a probblem, rain is likely and weight is the primary consideration.
For fishing, photography or hunting, when the gear adds up, this tent allows for comfort without breaking your back or your wallet.
I would recommend this tent for one person use, if you are like me and want a lot of room.
