By Kim from Denver, CO on 06/09/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for the price. A little lightweight with the fabric - I ended up accidentally poking a hole in the sleeve when inserting a pole (not by pushing very hard). It still works great though, and is very easy to carry and set up otherwise.

Great shelter for kids at the beach! By First time Mom @ the beach from Raleigh, NC on 06/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Sturdy, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a 10 month old and this was her first trip to the beach. We were able to get her set up in the shelter to take a nap. The only thing I wish I would have thought about is the fact that the sides do not have flaps that can cover the netting if you'd like. Therefore, there was only partial shade in the tent, depending on which way the sun was facing. Otherwise, this is a great product and well priced! It will come in very handy as my baby gets a bit older. It is also helpful to store items out of the sand!
By gmt70 from Willows, CA on 06/01/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight Best Uses: Beach, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My kids are thrilled to use this for camping, and at swim meets this summer. They can easily set it up without my help. The only thing missing is a screen door to keep bugs out.
By mike from nyc on 06/01/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight Cons: Flimsy Construction, Too Cramped Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My one year old baby made a play toy of this thing. Not suitable.
By mama mary from altadena, ca on 05/29/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: easy to set up. worked really well at the beach for shade. will fly away in the wind despite the anchors so put something heavier inside to weigh it down. very compact and easily portable.
Great beach / camping / picnic shelter By Of course we should bring the dog! from Boston, MA on 05/28/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Roomy Cons: Only gives partial shade, Poles catch in take-down Best Uses: Beach, Car Camping, Picnics Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm very happy with what this shelter has to offer, though if you are looking for a complete sun shade, you'll be disappointed with the mesh panels which do let in quite a bit of light. I'll be using this as a windbreak and sunshade for both the beach and the campsite. What a wonderful shelter in which to have a picnic! Sets up and takes down with ease.
Quick and easy, light, durable, pretty By agility fan from Tenants Harbor, Maine on 05/26/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Sturdy, Stylish Best Uses: Agility trial shade cover, Beach, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this to provide shade at my dog agility trials.
It functioned well in a heavy breeze and provided shade.
It is not tall, so you have to sit in it, but a lot of cover
for very little investment.
By AL-r from Wethersfield, CT on 05/12/2009 Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Ok its small, open on one side, but works just fine for the beach or campsite to store things to keep out of the sun.
2 normal sized adults can fit in it also. (remember, its a sun shade thing not a tent).
All you do is push in the poles, bow them and stickem in the gromets..a few minutes at most for anyone..done easy for the price, yes i like the kind you just drop and they pop up automatically..dont have the money for them though..LOL
