The boot is half a size smaller than i expected so taking a little time to wear in for maximum comfort. Next size up would be too big though.
By First Time Skier from Tuscaloosa, AL on 02/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband used these boots for a winter vacation in Germany. We hiked though frozen gorges, played in the snow for hours and walked slushy streets and his feet never were cold, wet or uncomfortable. A bit heavy, but worth it for the comfort factor.

By Athyker from Maryland on 02/15/2009 Pros: Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Toe box is pretty big Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Snowshoeing, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great boot for any winter activity. Real warm and very comfortable, except my toes were swimming around the front. I got a size 9 and would stick with that. Anything smaller and I think my toes would be crushed. I think it's just the cut of the boot that makes the front too roomy. All else, the boot is great, very warm and a great investment.
