A comfortable, waterproof boot. By Cranky Yankee from Vermont on 11/24/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Snow mud etc, Working outdoors Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great boots. Footbed is VERY comfortable from day one, however, tops (ankle) took some breaking in (as does most footwear) - very stiff in beginning, so had to wear them for short periods in the beginning as they chafed and made my ankles sore. BUT, after a short time of breaking in, they are very comfortable. As others have mentioned, definately go at least a half size bigger - I went a whole size and they fit great. Kept my feet nice and dry even in the muddy barnyard.
Dollar for dollar, the best you can get. By Ali G from Madison, WI on 11/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof, Well-styled Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just got mine a few days ago and am so far very pleased. They look cool, are lightweight, and are warm, however not so warm/unbreathable as to cause perpiration problems. So far the only problem I've had is that my pinkie toes get slightly pinched when the toe of the boot is flexed, but I expect this to go away with wear. I also noticed that the tread is not very deep, and though the traction is good now, it may not be at all once the soles have worn down a little. I was expecting much deeper tread. A tip to those who are having entry/exit problems - just unhook the laces from the two top hooks and the boot will practically fall off your foot. For entry, step into the boot, pull the laces tight, then pop them into the hooks and tie. It really could not be any easier.

Nice looking but painful to wear By Paul from Belgium on 11/16/2008 Pros: Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots are nice looking but there is a seam on the back, inside of the boot that rubs the area right above your heel raw. Very uncomfortable.
