Comfy but does run small
By Jill from Colorado on 01/20/2009
Pros:
Comfortable/No Break-In, Great Traction
Best Uses:
Everyday, Rocky/Unstable Terrain
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
These do run small. I ordered a half size bigger based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. Tread is thick and grippy--perfect for trails but I also love to just wear these around in the winter.

I ordered shoes one full size bigger based on previous reviews and they were still too small. Try shoes on in a store before ordering to make sure you have the correct size.

These seem very comfortable. They run SMALL. I wear an 8 and had to return them. The 9's fit well in length, but the toe box area is too wide. I will have to return them, unfortunately.

I ordered these and another pair and both were too small. These I ordered in a whole size larger and they were still too small. I liked the look of the shoe tho.

These are great shoes, but they are definitely one size too small. I ordered regular size 7 and they fit my daughter who is size 6. Gave them to her and ordered a size 8. They are great. Comfy and offer superb support! I wore them for the first time hiking a ski hill, very rocky and steep. They were awesome! No blisters and extremely comfortable!

Cons:

I have very sensitive feet and need a lot of cushioning. Columbia makes the best cushioned shoes for me and this pair is excellent. I normally wear 8.5 but needed 9 in this style.
