worked great for my picky 3.5 y.o. By mom of three from Michigan on 11/30/2008 Pros: Easy to put on, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for my 3.5 y.o. son. He LOVES them. He likes that he can stand them up and just step into them. They are super warm and I don't worry about his toes now when he's playing outside. I was worried about them being clunky and heavy but he doesn't have any trouble walking in them and he's not exactly the most coordinated kiddo. I know they'll last to be handed down to his younger brother. Great buy.
p.s. I've had my own pair of Sorrels for almost 20 years now and they are still going strong.

By Montana Mama from Bozeman Montana on 11/22/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Stylish, Unisex, Warm Cons: A little hard to get on, Too Stiff Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Going Out, Travel, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got these boots for my almost three year old boy, for our cold Montana winters. Got a size 10, normally wears a 9 in regular shoes. There is a little room to grow, fits good now and will hopefully fit through the spring. The only con is that Sorels are classicly very stiff to get on. There are a lot more kid friendly boots out there, but they tend to lack in style, i also purchased these for my baby daughter to wear in a few years. Can be good for a boy or a girl, stylish and classicly durable.

By Twin parent from Minneapolis, MN on 11/12/2008 Pros: Durable, Stable, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The boots are stiff, which makes it hard to get the boots on my 3-year-old twins. But, if they stand up and shove their feet in, it works. Next time, I will put each foot in a plastic bag so the feet are more slippery. They seem warm and they have good treads in the bottom. Cute, too. My 3-year-olds had no troubles walking around in our first light snow last week.
By OC Gear Head from Orange County on 11/07/2008 Pros: Built well, Comfortable, Great Price for Quality, Warm Describe Yourself: Gear Head Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these for my little 4 yr old boys. They love them, and the constuction is suprisely as good as the pair I use! I ended up getting them 2.5 sizes larger than necessary since they still fit ok, and they will outgrow them in less time.
