Others have written that they are too stiff, but I think she would suffer the world for the looks. She of course wanted something flash, but I insisted they have a removable liner and could be tightened around the top to keep the snow out. These were a good compromise. I think she wears size 6-7 women's and the kids size 6 fit her. She tends to have a wide foot. We haven't had enough cold weather to see how they really hold up

Due to the thick lining I have had to go up a size for all my kids as otherwise they are too hard to get on and off. Should fit them for an extra season and as they soften with wear they will hopefully get easier to put on.

A bit hard to get on and off, so we will trade the bungee laces for traditional tie-up laces. For the incredible price, it is a very small trade-off. Waterproof, durable and warm are the top priorities and these boots fit the bill!! The girls loved the girlie colors - will lift their spirits when they are feeding their calves at -20!!!
