They drain quickly so your feet don't stay wet long. They also have enough arch support for dry land walking. And they look pretty cool!

These water shoes are very comfortable. By Bethany from Austin, TX on 05/18/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Best Uses: Boating, Casual Wear, Kayaking, Rafting, Wading, Walking/Hiking Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I absolutely lovd the toe cover. They could have a little longer zip tie on the support strap for those of us who have a high instep. All in all these shoes are the best.
By Connie the hiker from Falls Church, VA on 05/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Kayaking, Wading, Walking/Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have medium-high arches and wide feet for a woman and usually wear Keen shoes for the fit. However, these "sandals" fit great and are very comparable to Keens. I've worn them hiking in the woods - on a fairly flat trail and they were great. I would wear them kayaking or just around town when putting on some miles that regular summer sandals couldn't handle. I also plan to wear them to the gym instead of sneakers.
By Busy Mom from Pennsylvania on 05/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These sandals fit comfortable right out of the box. They are true to size and I love the look of them. I will wear them for everyday use. We are on the go all summer so these will be great for being on my feet all day.
Unique footbed, very supportive By Old Volksmarcher from Ft Polk, LA on 05/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Walking/Hiking Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good arch support, very springy. I like the two independent straps for individual fit. I need a lot of room for my fore foot but a tight fit for my heel and instep. Haven't taken it to the water yet, but they feel like they would maintain grip.
By H-Bomb! from Crozet, Virginia on 05/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Walking/Hiking Describe Yourself: Novice User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: You can't beat Sierra's prices man. These shoes are just tight enough that you don't have to worry about slipping and sliding while you're hiking. The tred is really grippy and the snap buckles make taking them on and off super easy. They don't smell funky yet either. They're really comfy! By far my favorite shoes I've bought since my Chucks!
